TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PREMIUM CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITION

1.1 The terms and conditions set out below are important and affect your right as a member of the premium club. We draw your attention in particular to changes, which may be made to the premium club, including those relating to the earning and redemption of mileage and termination of the premium club.
1.2 You must read these terms and conditions carefully before quoting your membership number to B3 or any of our service partners.
1.3 The premium club terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability.

2 Membership Agreements:

2.1 These terms and conditions set out the contractual relationship between B3 and each individual member of the premium club
2.2 Individuals who are 18 years of age or over may apply for membership
2.3 To apply for membership an individual must complete an application form and return it to B3 or apply online at flybellviewair.com .Membership application must state the applicant’s full name and preferred mailing address for correspondence.

2.4 Membership is not open to companies, partnership or similar entities
2.5 Membership is offered at the discretion of B3 and B3 may refuse membership to any applicant
2.6Applicants accepted as members will be given a membership number and may be provided with a card. Multiple memberships not permitted and each member must Maintain only one account. In the case of duplicate of membership all membership   other than the first membership approved by B3 will be cancelled as well any duplicate mileage.
2.7 Each member must give B3 immediate notice of any changes of name or preferred mailing address.
2.8 Correspondence will be sent to the member’s last proffered mailing address or the email address provided on application or in accordance with Clause 2.7.B3 reserves the right to provide information including changes to the premium club programme only to active members
2.9 B3 will not be responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail.
2.10 Upon the death of a member, mileage and points accumulated but unused at the time of death shall be cancelled.

3 USE OF THE CARD

3.1 Applicants accepted for membership may receive a card. This must be singed immediately on receipt and then will be valid until the expiry date shown on it.
3.2 Only the member named on the card may use it or quote the membership number. Cards are not transferable in any circumstances.
3.3 The card is not a credit card. It remains the property of B3 and must be returned if requested.
3.4 The member must produce the card at any time while traveling or otherwise [utilizing any services at the request of B3 or a services partner]

4 RECORGITION

4.1 Entitlement to blue, silver, and gold depends on the applicable level of points earned by members. B3 may from time to time, change the number of points needed to qualify for each type of card but will inform members in advance of any changes.

5 MEMBERS ELIGILE FOR MILEAGE

5.1 Only individual members are eligible to earn mileage and each member must quote their name and membership number [which must match exactly the name and membership number on their cards] at the time of booking and when using B3 or service partners.
5.2 Members are not entitle led to mileage if the name given when booking does not match exactly the name on their card or if they have given incomplete information when booking.

6 FLIGHTS ELIGIBLE FOR MILEAGE

6.1 Mileage can only be earned for travel on eligible sectors in eligible booking classes on B3 flights. Details of currently applicable eligible booking classes on B3 are set out on www.flybellviewair.com
6.2 B3 may from time to time determine the criteria for earning mileage, which may include:
6.2.1 eligible sectors
6.2.2 eligible region
6.2.3 eligible cabin classes
6.2.4 eligible booking classes
6.3 Agency discount tickets, industry discount tickets and airline employee discount tickets are not eligible for mileage. Infant fares are not eligible for mileage point.
6.4 Mileage can only be accumulated once per flight per member regardless of the number of seats purchased. Mileage will be credited only to the member who has traveled on the flight on the relevant sector and not to any third party.
6.5 In case of dispute about entitlement to mileage points B3 may require proof of travel on the relevant sector including the retained segment of the boarding pass and passenger receipts for the sector claimed to have been flown. Claims must be lodged within 6 months of the date of travel.

7: GENERAL

7.1 Flights rewards do not include any applicable airport, security, or other taxes, charges or surcharges imposed by any government or other authorities all of which are your responsibility. The level of such taxes, charges and surcharges is beyond our control and may be charged without notice. You must pay such taxes prior to departure
7.2 All rewards including flight rewards are subject to availability and any other additional terms and condition from the relevant reward provider will automatically apply to the relevant rewards.
7.3 B3 reserves the right to audit a member’s account and records without notice to the member to check for compliance with these terms and condition.
7.4 Except as otherwise provided by B3 and communicated to the members, mileage is not transferable in any way [whether from person to person, account to account, card to card or otherwise]
7.5 Any purported purchase, sale transfer, unauthorized use procurement or redemption of mileage issued or awarded to another person or any other use of mileage contrary to these terms and conditions will constitute a fundamental breach by the member. It will also constitute a breach of the contract between B3 and the member.
7.6 Each member acknowledges that a breach pursuant to clause 7.5 above may also constitute an inducement to breach the contract between B3 and the member, international damage to the business of B3, conspiracy and criminal offences under applicable local or national law. Any breach pursuant to clause 7.5 will constitute fraud and or misconduct and will be dealt with.


8 MEMBER’S RIGHT TO TERMINATE MEMERSHIP

8.1 Members may terminate their membership by writing stating that they no longer wish to be a member and enclosing their card. Any such termination will result in a loss of all mileage.
8.2 B3 reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to terminate the membership of any member and or the right of any member to use the card if a member commits fraud and/or misconduct.
8.3 In the event of the termination of membership the card must be returned to B3.
8.4 B3 may terminate a member’s right to earn or redeem mileage or terminate the premium club mileage programme.
8.5 B3 will use its reasonable endeavors to give at least 6 months notice of such termination of the mileage programme or a member’s right to earn or redeem miles issued by B3.
8.6 B3 may at any time, impose a time limit upon the validity for redemption of any mileage which has been allocated by B3 from time to time, entirely at its own discretion.
8.7 B3 may modify, withdraw, amend or add to any services or other offers or arrangement or impose any requirements or restrictions relating to the use of services or awards. B3 will give much advance notice of such action to members.
8.8 Members shall be deemed to have agreed to any modification, withdrawal, amendment or addition to the services or awards or the premium club mileage programme pursuant to clause 8.7 if after B3 has notified them of the charges, they continue to quote their membership number to obtain services. Members who do not wish to accept changes in the services may terminate their membership in the manner described in clause 8.1.
